Do you have a foster or shelter dog who needs training?
For over 10 years, we have worked closely with dogs in “the system”, providing behavior evaluations, adoption support, and fostering. While we don’t foster any longer, we want to help shine the spotlight on adoptable dogs in our community and help them get adopted. Foster Field Trips were created to give these dogs an opportunity to get out into the community, build confidence, and receive necessary training and evaluation to help them find homes. Your foster dog will get:
Free training to help solve common problems
Exercise and enrichment so they come back tired and satisfied!
Fresh photos and videos of their adventure to help spruce up their adoption bio
Exposure to potential adopters!

No. You don’t have to be there with us during the Foster Field Trip. You are welcome to be there and hang out with us, but it’s not required!

We currently have capacity to take 2-3 foster dogs for a training adventure. Each foster dog will get their own “person” to work with them during the outing.

We choose local spots based on where we think we’ll have the highest rate of success! Those might include breweries, public parks, or coffee shop patios. We want to get your foster dog (safely) exposed to as many potential adopters as possible.
